We have hosted many Girl Scout troops and aided them in getting their various horse
badges. We are familiar with the Girl Scouts of America rules, meet the requirements
and make sure that the girls have a safe, enjoyable experience.
As University of California 4H Youth Development Program project leaders, Steve
and Laura have been undergone background checks and fingerprinting as part of
the approval process. We currently host the Horse project and Dog Agility project for
the Pleasant Hill 4H club. 4H is open to all youth and offers many activities, learning

Rancho Saguaro offers birthday parties for kids of all ages. Usually on Saturday or
Sunday afternoons from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, we give the kids pony rides (or mini
lessons if they're old enough) and then bring a horse or pony out for them to brush
and feed carrots. Guests are then welcome to use the picnic tables or party room for
games, piņata, cake and so on. Call or email for prices and reservations.
Call us to schedule a time to bring the kids or grandkids out for a pony ride, and
introduce them to the horses and other animals here at the ranch. It'll be an
experience they will never forget. We are also happy to host school groups, moms'

We have programs for little ones to visit and learn a about horses "hands on", have a
pony ride, pet them, brush them, feed them. It will be an outing that will provide
